This is going to be a VERY special Sunday tasting!

Our Champagne tastings have become some of our most popular events at Portfolio, and for this one we're taking things to a whole new level.

We're welcoming four of our great friends from the Côte des Bar region of Champagne to Manchester for an afternoon of incredible wines, fascinating stories and plenty of Champagne-fuelled fun!

All four producers have been on our wine list since day one and have become firm favourites with our guests. We've known these winemakers for years, and to have all four of them together at Portfolio is something we're incredibly excited about.

And this time, instead of just Cameron and Niko hosting our usual Sunday tasting, we'll have the actual winemakers pouring their own wines!

We'll taste one Champagne from each of the four producers, exploring their different styles, vineyards, winemaking philosophies and what makes the Côte des Bar such an exciting part of Champagne, before finishing with a very special Ratafia Champenois.

You'll hear stories directly from the people who make the wines, discover what goes on behind the scenes in their vineyards and cellars, and have the opportunity to ask them absolutely anything.

And the best part? These four aren't just friends of ours, they're all great friends with each other too. So expect plenty of laughter, a bit of friendly rivalry and an atmosphere that's going to be off the scale!

This won't be a formal wine lecture!

• Four glasses of Champagne, one from each visiting winemaker

• One glass of Ratafia Champenois

• A guided tasting hosted by Cameron, Niko and all four winemakers

• The opportunity to meet the producers, hear their stories and ask questions
